We may collect information that can identify you (“personal information”), such as your name, and e-mail address, (i) when you (or other customers) provide it to us when using our Services, or from our business partners or from other third parties. We may combine the personal information that we receive from different sources.

  • Our server logs automatically collect information, such as your IP address, your browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit, which helps us to track users’ movements around our online Services and to understand trends.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer or device for record keeping purposes. Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent cookies. We may allow our authorized service providers to serve cookies from our online Services to allow them to assist us in various activities, such as doing analysis and research on the effectiveness of our Services, content, and advertising.

Promotions Policies

Important things to know about our promotions On any Realty MPG promotion, certain restrictions may apply, so it's important to read any disclaimers. You'll find them clearly visible on any promotion or special offer we publish. Here's a list of possible exclusions.

Potential Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping charges based on item price before discount
  • Free Standard Shipping does not include express, oversized, in-home, or other special delivery charges.

Can I combine discounts?

Discounts cannot be combined. When shopping on the web site, you'll be asked to provide a "Promotional Code"; your discount will be reflected on your order total.

Will you honor the sale price for my custom upholstered item?

Realty MPG will happily honor any published discount for custom upholstered fabric during our sale period. To receive the advertised promotion, your fabric must be post marked before the sale end date and your order form must clearly note that you would like to receive the advertised promotion.

Do you offer price protection?

At Realty MPG, we have a high regard for value as well as quality. Real value means the finest quality at the best price. If the exact item is advertised elsewhere for less, provide us the advertisement within 30 days and we'll refund the difference. (Our Price Guarantee applies to Internet offers only when the same price appears in the company's printed advertisements.) If we offer a special price on the item you purchased within 30 days of your sale, simply bring it to our attention and we'll refund the difference.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Realty MPG purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-210-446-6189 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

How do I return a Special Shipment?

Currently, return labels are not sent for items that ship directly from the manufacturer or for items that weigh greater than 50 lbs. However, we often are able to Provide you with return shipping labels for these products. Please call or email us the items you are wanting to return to see if a return label is available.

Can I return my custom item?

All custom products are non returnable should you have any further questions please contact us.

Once I return an item, how long will it take to receive a refund?

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days for an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding Shipping Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Once an item is received in our warehouse, a refund or exchange is processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 90 days and we'll exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year from the date of shipment.
